CANCEL YOUR AUTOMATIC REBILL
Please select the billing company you've used to sign up (please refer to your registration e-mail or billing statement). You will need at least two details of your membership to be able to cancel, preferably your e-mail address and your subscription number. Often username and e-mail pair will be enough.
If you joined prior to 1 August 2025 via Orbital and you are on automatic rebills, please be advised that you have been transferred to our new billing provider, Inovio (Argus).
You can also use the 'Cancel billing' link in the 'Account details' in the membership section of BelAmi for an easier access to a specific biller and to your subscription details.
If you are not able to cancel via billing company, please send us a helpdesk ticket and include at least:
- your e-mail address
- username
To help us as much as possible please include also:
- your subscription number or last transaction number
- exact date of your initial transaction or last rebill
- text on your billing statement with that transaction
